When you think of a hacker you probably think of a guy that's sitting behind a pc just typing words and doing bad things, but not all hackers are bad. 

The most common hackers are:

1. Script kiddies

2. White hat hackers

3. Black hat hackers

4. Gray hat hackers ( we are not gonna talk about them)

1. Script kiddies

Script kiddies are the worst of all, they most likely don't know what they're doing and use programs that someone else developed. Most online complains like a virus or a DDOS (destributed denial-of-service) are caused by script kiddies.

2. White hat hackers

White hat hackers are legal hackers they are hired by a company to try and hack their systems to test how good the security is. After that they hacked the system they intend to fix all the bugs in the system and make it harder to hack it.

3. Black hat hackers

Black hat hackers are the illegal kind of hackers they are professional hackers that develop their own software and hack people, ever seen like an iCloud leak? That was probably a Black hat hacker, they can hack your pc and look at you while you don't even know it, they can make pictures and film you without you knowing. There is also a pretty big chance that when they have pictures of you like you naked and stuff they will blackmail you for money or something.
